John Berndt, L.C.S.W.- Lead Consultant, Family Development Credential Program
As Lead Consultant for the California Family Development Credential Program, John works with agencies to train and certify their family service workers through a program that takes a strength-based approach to working with families and focuses on empowerment rather than crisis intervention.
Donna Sneeringer, Governmental Relations Consultant
Donna guides CHSA’s legislative strategy, through a partnership with the Child Care Resource Center.
