As Executive Director, Christopher provides oversight and management to the day-to-day operations of the Association. He is responsible for leading policy advocacy and liaison work, guiding training and development activities and fostering relationships among Head Start agencies.

As IT and Project Manager, Paula implements specific projects in support of CHSA's mission and goals and responsible for grant funded project activities and contract obligations, Association web sites and electronic communications.

As Accountant and Benefits Administrator, Sala is responsible for human resources, accounting/bookkeeping, and office/facility maintenance.

Christine FeenstraChristine Feenstra, Professional Development Manager

As the Professional Development Manager, Christine is responsible for leading and expanding all aspects of CHSA’s conferences and learning programs, and directs all aspects of logistical planning for CHSA learning events.

As State Coordinator of the California Family Development Credential Program, John works with agencies to train and certify their family service workers through a program that takes a strength-based approach to working with families and focuses on empowerment rather than crisis intervention.

Donna SneeringerDonna Sneeringer, Governmental Relations Consultant

Donna guides CHSA’s legislative strategy, through a partnership with the Child Care Resource Center.

Laura Keeley-SaldanaLaura Keeley-Saldana, Project Manager, Early Math Initiative

Laura is responsible for managing CHSA’s Early Math Parent Engagement Project, a grant funded initiative.
