Head Start/Preschool for All Leadership Project

Under a grant from the Packard Foundation, CHSA's Head Start/Preschool
for All Leadership Project goals are to review current policies as presented in pending legislation or proposed ballot language. To draft guiding principals for Head Start/Preschool for All partnerships. To host regional/cluster meetings with key local stakeholders to circulate guiding principals, disseminate research information and emerging models. To produce a resource guide on program models with supporting fiscal information.
